*We take 100% PREPAYMENT. As a customer, you will be required to provide: character visual references, order description and your wishes.All our prices start from the minimum value, but the final price will depend on to the complexity, difficulty, and other details of your commission.

Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service must be read, understood and accepted with all the above terms before entering into an agreement with us. To commission us and make a payment, you agree to the following information.

Base information

Currently, all news about the opening of the commissions will be published mainly on Patreon for our patrons and sometimes on Twitter. Commissions everywhere else are closed. We also don't have a stable opening plan and are closed to random order taking. Use DM to contact us, also we’re ready to discuss questions and additional information about our Price List and ToS.!IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our PATRONS have the right to take slots and be the first clients at the time of opening commissions. Each new opening of commissions will be announced in a special post on Patreon. Currently, Patreon is a higher priority platform for us to work with commissions.

1. General

1.1. Аs a customer you will be required to provide: commission type, character visual references, order description and your wishes, and your PayPal address;1.2. Displayed prices may to change according to the complexity and difficulty of each individual commission;1.3. We take 100% PREPAYMENT. Only the invoice system is accepted;1.4. We accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to commission;1.5. 100% payment for extra character;1.6. Extra payment for complex details and other things;!THESE THINGS CAUSE EXTRA PAYMENT:

2. About process

2.1. After payment and start working on the artwork, we’ll send a sketch for your critiques and approval. At your request we can also provide you with more WIPs of process;2.2. If you wishes to make fixes — describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make the fixes more than 3 times we reserved the right to request an extra payment. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome;2.3. We don't make fixes on the finished pieces or for the completed сommission. If you would like to make additional fixes which do not regard color AFTER a previously approved sketch — there will be also an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process;2.4. EACH EXTRA CORRECTION COSTS 10% OF THE OVERALL COMMISSION’S COST;2.5. Our own mistakes will be fixed at any stage for free;2.6. If you wishes to cancel your commission — we'll refund you a part of the original commission payment depending on which stage your commission is for the current moment (if the artwork is not started yet — you get 100% of original payment back; if the cancellation was during the sketch stage, a 60% refund of original payment will be issued);
UPD (12.03.2022): Due to the current unstable situation in the world and blocking of many financial systems in Russia, we are forced to add rules for the impossibility of any refunds and/or cancellation of commissions. Thank you for your understanding;2.7. We also reserved the right to cancel сommission during process of work due to unforeseen problems on our part or problems with communication and mutual understanding on yours, in which case you will be refunded the full payment;
UPD (12.03.2022): Due to the current unstable situation in the world and blocking of many financial systems in Russia, we are forced to add rules for the impossibility of any refunds and/or cancellation of commissions. Thank you for your understanding;2.8. After the end of work on the commissioned artwork we’ll send you the DROPBOX-link(s) where you can download web-version (public, with a watermark) and high-res version of the artwork (personal, without a watermark);2.9. After we have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.2.10. If your ignoring and silence about accepting the commission exceeds 7 days after the completion of our work and the provision of links, we reserved the right to change the status of your commission to completed and publish it.2.11. The normal term of time working on the commissioned artworks - no more than 2 months. We'll inform you if this period is extended for unforeseen reasons.
UPD (12.03.2022): Due to the current world situation, we are forced to increase the maximum waiting time to 4 months. But we will try to keep the same pace of work. We'll inform you if this period is extended for unforeseen reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Rules

3.1. You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent to make the purchase.3.2. We reserved all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints, merchandise and our Patreon content. Artwork rights can be negotiated for an extra fee;3.3. Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify us);3.4. You can create merchandise with our artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of our authorship;3.5. You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use (in digital or physical format).

Please, don't ask when we’ll open commissions again. Be patient and respectful. Thank you!

MLarty Adoptables

By making bets and sending payment for the adoptable, you agree to the following information.

Terms of Service

1. We take 100% PAYMENT via PayPal. Only the invoice system is accepted;2. In most cases, all auctions ends 48 hours after the last bid. After the auction ends, we'll notify the winner;
Do not bid if you can't pay right away and do not edit/delete your bids. Fake bidders will be blocked permanently!3. After your winning in auction or claiming fix price adoptable you agree to pay for the adoptable within 24 hours after receiving the invoice;4. After receiving the payment, we will provide you with a link to access the original versions of the artwork with the adoptable;5. By sending payment for the adoptable, all the rights to the adoptable belong to the buyer, EXCEPT FOR:
- make the adoptable into species
- claim the design as made by you6. As the owner of the adoptable, you can:
- make any changes to the design and add any details
- use the adoptable as your character, sona/fursona, comic character, mascot, etc
- resell and trade
- use the character and design (not the original artwork!) for commercial purposes7. We reserved all rights to the adoptable artwork (but not the adoptable as a character!), including the right to make prints, merchandise and our Patreon content;8. You can create merchandise with our artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of our authorship;9. You can create any artworks and products for sale with the adoptable and use it for any purpose, as well as the adoptable. It means, we reserve the right exclusively to our original artwork with the adoptable;10. We don't accept refunds for the adoptable. By sending a payment, you accept that you will not be able to return the payment for any reason;11. You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent to make the purchase.
